• Complete refurbishment and re-roofing of large community centre featuring sports hall and changing suite, theatre, kitchen/cafeteria, offices, reception, lobby, several washroom facilities and several generously sized multi purpose rooms.

CLIENT: Shotton Colliery Community Youth Hub

• Demolition of existing Community Centre to make way for new build multi use centre with office, kitchen, games rooms, MUGA to the exterior.

CLIENT: St Oswalds Hospice Young Adult Accommodation Block 2025
